New style is here!
Was gonna keep this a secret, but thought I should post about it just so those who are interested in a lighter background style can get a heads up, and know that one is coming soon for MM.
I know there are some of you already registered, and more than likely some more future members, who want a style option on the forum. I will be working on a new lighter-theme to help bring some contrast to the forum. However it will take some time to finish and then troubleshoot. It's ready
Ok, the new style is ready! There are still a few minor things I need to add or fix when I have more time, but for the most part it's ready to roll out.
You guys can "beta-test" it, let me know what you think. Please post any bug reports with the new style in this thread. That way I can record any problems and fix them ASAP. Now that we have 2 MM styles, you will find the Quick Style Chooser towards the bottom of the forum on the left hand side.... Marsh Marauders Dark:  Marsh Marauders Lite:  |

I have updated the Navigation Bar at the top of the new "Marsh Marauders Lite" style. It includes the links to weather, tides, marine forecasts, astronomical data, the forum gallery, the arcade, our Auctions section, etc, and I added the rest of the links to the QLINKS drop down box. I also added the random gallery thumbnails under the Nav Bar.
I also updated the colors to more closely match the MM scheme, and I updated the google ads to match the new lighter style. Lastly, I also updated the reply, quote, thank you buttons etc. to better match the Lite style as well. It is really coming along. I may make a few more slight adjustments in the future. But it's 95% done  Here's a screenshot of the updated Navigation Bar on the Lite style...  |
