Hartford, CT is a shithole
Hit the guy and kept going. Then people just drive by, gawk and one loser walks up to take pics of the motionless man with a cell phone camera.

The guy is 78 years old. I can't imagine his feelings about his neighbors after that...Move to the center of the country and this would be unheard of, but in the megalopolis it's every man for himself..

That video doesn't surprise me. Hartford sux!!! I used to see a girl from Hartford!!! She waited for about two months to tell me she had two kids?????? WTF??? Her and her friends were the ones that probably drove by this guy, they were a bunch of sl*ts!!!!

When I first saw this, I thought it was somebody's Idea of a sick stunt/joke, when the newscaster actualy told the story I was sick... sadly, society has no respect for human life, they butcher and kill each other in the street and shoot little babies in their fathers arms, now they run down old men and keep driving..... Maybe Sadam had something going on over there before the Bush administartin screwed it up in the name of peace...
