New Hampshire Flounder!
Must be as many flounder around as I've been hearing about. I left the striper gear in the barn and took some worms down to Nudd's dock this afternoon. A dozen crabs to step on, two small cunners and three keeper flounders.
![]() I haven't caught that many so far up river in thirty years. A very good thing. |

Nudd's Landing. Nudd's Canal. Nudd's Creek.
One of the original founding families of Hampton who used the river for trade |

I bet some could possibly be from the State's dumping of a few thousand flounder fry a couple years ago at the end of Island Path???

Ahh, so how does one fish for flounder?
They're pretty damn tasty, if I do say so myself. |
