You've seen the title - New Guy here
 ,My name is Allen, and I have recently relocated to the Southern Vt, NH, MA area. Glad to find this site and look forward to hearing from u. Used Noreast.com handle of surfrat74 when I fish back that way, but now flat lander no more is fine. Just got back from the cape, fished from fri. nite to sun. mostly in the orleans area thru eastham. Pulled a nice 42" on a black bomber swivel back. Birds working well off shore early am. Never came close to shore. NOW... Looking to go back in a few weeks for the run. Any local guys running out that way? Looking to find 4x4 access info if availble? (86' cj7 final rusted to death.) We went thru hell n back... |

I got an email bounced back to me, said your yahoo email addy didnt exist, so if you have probs receiving PM's, etc., let me know and we'll clear it up  I know Plum Island allows 4x4 access, but not sure of any other spots in MA. Some of the MA guys might be able to help you better with that  |

Allen....welcome to the site.... I recognise your Nor'east screen name... you might recognise mine as Rockfish9....
Full drive on access was just granted at the PI reservation, as the plovers have fledged....Things get going alot sooner here than at the cape, the fish are already moving and the beach front can be hot... dont rule out rock hopping the Gloucester coast line, alot of run and gun fun in September and the first part of October... |

Hey there, U know I do believe I do remember that handle. I fished from little neck thru porpoise channel out to Orient. And from west end 4 thru Demo all the way out to shagwon...U probable saw my white cj7 on the beachs...
It finally rusted out last year...Gonna miss her  I am also looking to meet up with folks doing surfcasting in Ma, NH... I am now running a grand cherokee, so I can get on the beach...(4x4) heaven Allen |

Maybe some time you can join us for one of our Fall Run surfcasting jaunts. Might try to get something together for this week. You wont need your truck though, just your feets

Outstanding Idea... When n Where??? Might have to take a day off though...
