Credits???
What is this credit thing all about? How do you use it. what is it for. why do you donate to other people. I must have missed this somewhere in the intro. Can someone shed some light on this? It's been bothering me for some time now.

............And that can mean some neat prizes just for helping to make this local community grow! ...........Credits will soon be used as "money" here on the forum. In the future, we will have use the MM Store and items will be posted in there, and Credits can be used to purchase items. I think HarryG, Oddfish and Coalman should be awarded 1,000 points each for showing up on a wet, foggy morning at 0500 to "Meet and Creep". Is this like my Cabela's Visa Gold Card? The more I use it the more points I get at Cabela's for free stuff? I like free stuff.  |

Yes, it is kind of like that. Credits were turned into "MM Cash" when we got the "Points MOD". Now the Points act as a way to determine overall participation on the forum and help to decide winners of future Points Contests.
The Credits thing is kind of on hold, as we never really got the MM Store up N running. In the future, if the "MM Store" works out, Credits can be used to purchase items in it. |
