I was out for a walk with my girlfriend last night down by Pierce Island and the Commercial Fish Pier and the water was exploding with action in the channel, I wish I had my rod, the tide was pretty low and still going out at about 9 last night.
I'll be down around there tonight testing the action. |

i dont think you'll be dissapointed.... i hit two spots last night... both cut short because of a hunger and tired fiance but it felt good.... this morning wasnt as good but it worked!!! i managed bass on swim shad, poppers, swimmer and on the fly in the space of a few hours.... if i had a someithing other than my UL and fly rod i would have tried for one on a chunk and a live bait to round out the effort!!

I was down by the Memorial Bridge last night. About 10 stripers and countless macs caught. Only one Striper was keeper size, the rest were small. The keeper was caught on a whole mac all the rest were caught on swim baits.
The action is finally heating up!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
