Why do so many disregard the bass regs, And isn't there a season for scallops, Saw 3 divers taking them off Marblehead??

Answer to question 1. A) Because there are a lot of A-HOLES out there.

Answer to question 2. A) MA scalloping leagal year round, but don't take from there and land in NH that's illegal. And next time you see them tell them those are my scallops stay away!
