My 1st B. sea bass

it was little but i caught my first one... nock that one off the list... caught it on a 2oz braid casting metal... just jigging in in 20' of water next to the #2 gate bridge at the navy yard... sorry no pics... but i am going back at some point this week with bait and if i catch another one i will be prepared.

caught my first one this year also. I caught it w/clam bait near bridge supports in Newcastle. It was big enough to go home for dinner and was very good.
