No monster like Joe's or Dave's. 32", caught and released this AM before boat trouble shortened the day.

Reducing Pictures
How do I reduce the size of a picture? I have a picture that was sent to my email. I sent it to my pictures then I went to manage attachments but the picture won't upload. The picture is a JPG 792kb. Is the file size to big? I used to know how to do it but I'm over fifty now, I forget things.
