I don't think I have ever seen the east wind stay for such a continuous time, and I don't think (winter included) that there has been a set of weather that is so boarderline day after day.............I don't like to have to evaluate to level 5 or 6 everyday weather (pun intended ) to go out or not. I would settle for east at 25kn or east at 0, not this 12-18 kn stuff that you have to think how long the sea has beeen building, weather it's chop or roll, weather to fish or pull traps, or stay home and build traps................................

about the only good thing is does is equaly distribute the surface water, so the temps are the same thropugh out the coast line... aside from that it's useless..
