Whacked 'em good today.......surf-, black-, and white winged scoters and eiders.....no shots at Old Squaw but saw a few.

Just curious how do you eat those. I've never shot them because I eat what I kill, but rumor has it that they arn't the greatest eating.

Soak in buttermilk overnight......marinade overnight......then ALOT of asian spices and sauce.........mmmmmmmmmm!
