Helpful Website for Ocean Weather
Some people already know these web sites but some may not. I thought these might be helpful for people who venture into the North Atlantic. These sites contain information on weather.
Gulf of Maine Ocean Observing System | Welcome Good site for wind and waves and water temp in some cases. NDBC - Northeast USA Recent Marine Data Site gives you all the buoy sites in NE. NDBC - Station IOSN3 Isles of Shoals Wind but no wave height. NDBC - Station 44029 Stellwagon wind and waves. NDBC - Station 44013 Boston Harbor wind and waves. Portsmouth Weather Forecast and Conditions New Hampshire (03801) Good for weather radar and long term planning, can put any zip code in to see weather where ever you want. Hurricane Trackers and Hurricane Information - weather.com Good for seeing if swell is coming up from the south, use Atlantic satalite and put it in motion.
