You guys are more than welcome. Sometimes things are tough, sometimes I have to be "that guy" and dont come off as the easiest to get along with, and sometimes I am not on here as much as I should be, but in the end I want this place to continue to grow for locals. Harry said it best today, the "underground" feel of this place is what we strive to provide. We don't want to have 10,000 members and all the problems that come with those numbers. And we certainly aren't business men. Just regular local dudes trying to offer an alternative, something that is actually locally owned and operated
 I personally prefer to support the local sites and businesses. I will never understand why some people choose to support out-of-region resources. But to each their own.  I gotta say I am sorry for not being around as much since June. I also have only been fishing about once a week, and that's a serious downturn for someone used to fishing almost every day in some fashion or another.  If I missed anyones PM or email, please allow me to apologize and I hope I can be excused. Lots of stuff going in life, things changing etc., so sometimes I get caught up and forget which messages I need to respond to. Now I just remembered I lost my last Eel Punt bunker swimmer to a crappy 710z's bail closing on me. Bastardo!  Maybe I'll just buy a plug made more local to this area!  I wonder how my favorite Rockbowl is doing? I wonder if there is any 40-plus'rs in there this season...... |
